Whats with these Lyon sig models, they've sneaked up outta nowhere haven't they!!! Think i'll buy one instead of beer this month .

Oh yeah and whens Bush coming back???? :tickled:

The Lyon is made by Washburn and they did a deal with Musicland stores. It's an entry level guitar but the quality is incredible for the price. I play one live all the time. For $199 it's insane. Thanks technology!!!

HOLY SHEEEEEEEEEET... I know what I am getting for Xmas. Given I only started taking Acoustic lessons earlier this year I have a long way to go though. Hats off to anyone who can play these things as I am learning its quite tough but a lot of fun in the process!

that's pretty bad ass. I need to pick up my guitar and start playing again. i've got the urge, but not the skills any more :( It's been at least 6 years since i've played last. i've got a *chuckle* Fender Strat Squire II, my beginner guitar from 1989. Surprisingly, it's still sounds *decent* given the humidity and climate changes it's been through. Still need to get a new one though..

Thanks man. I have a great teacher who is also turning into a great friend to boot as well. He is an old Priest fan so we have a lot in common musically. Its great. Finding chords is easy for me its changing between chords quick enough that is now the next step.

if u put the practice in u will reap the rewards,i have casualy played the guitar for years now,its all i want outta it really, the main thing is i can make my own heavy ass riffs up and i am making quite a few lately, other advice would be to just learn a blues scale and just everythime u pick guitar up just fuck around with it for a few mins before u play anything else,if u do this early on in learning it will come in handy down the track when making your own stuff up.
