This is kind of similar to "Happy Gilmore". I don't know who did it first. Let me explain:
Happy Gilmore (Adam Sandler) puts his grandmother in a nursing home and he gives some money to the guy who's to take care of her and asks him to take extra special care for her. He says he can't take the money, but he can take extra special care for her for free. Happy Gilmore then leaves and the care taker is about to do the same, when:
Grandma: Sir, can I trouble you for a warm glass of milk? It helps me go to sleep.
Nursing Home Orderly: You can trouble me for a warm glass of shut-the-hell-up! Now, you will go to sleep or I will put you to sleep. You're in my world now, grandma

You must be young. This picture is originally of Jack Ruby (who is holding guitar) shooting Lee Harvey Oswald (who is holding microphone). If you don't know Lee Harvey Oswald supposedly shot president John F. Kennedy back in the 1960s. So as Lee Harvey was arrested and being escorted by police this Jack Ruby dude came and shot him and they got this picture of it, and some one obviously used photoshop on the pic.
