Which Opeth CD was your first to own? Mine, Morningrise, I purchased just today. I think I'll listen to it as I go to sleep tonight. It gives me a peacefull feeling when I listen to it. I also bought my first Symphony X CD today. Do you think I made a good choice with my first Opeth CD?

Well, the first one I heard was My Arms Your Hearse, but the first TWO I bought the same day were Deliverance and Still Life.
Blackwater Park, after hearing "Bleak" and "Harvest." Then Morningrise, then Still Life, then Orchid, then MAYH. Getting around to getting Deliverance

I got MAYH and BWP at the same time, after downloading a song off all their albums. The others followed quickly afterward.

bought Orchid, Morningrise, and MAYH all the same time, based only on reccomendations hehe i'd never seen praise for a band like this before, so i just went for it and bought them all (at the time) at once... actually took me a few months to get into them, but it wasn't too long before i sold my soul to them hehehe
