pretty nice darkwave band. simplistic, semi-atonal violin melody with a few electronic arreangements and pretty good "ethereal" vocals. a nice listen if you're into this kind of stuff.

Shinjuku Thief - The Witch Haven
awesome dark orchestral soundscape, with influences ranging from Arcana to Sophia to Kervonian to Tom Waits. really, really good.

Lacrimosa - Stille
this one's pretty good symphonic metal, yet a bit too charged with innecesary arreangements, and quite formulaic with all those unpredictable song structures which doesn't really make a lot of sense in context. their two following albums are much more refined in that sense, but overall this one is pretty nice as well.

I bought Poison's Greatest Hits 86-96. A little disappointed but it was 8 dollars.
Before that though, I purchased Testament - The Gathering. I love that cd so much I wish cd's had a bigger hole in the middle.
