Starting to get a little curious to see who writes once in a while... I guess you could call my own stuff pretty wussy/gay/whatever.. but people like it.. Inspirations have been Nightwish and Symphony X (Esp Thomas Miller), to put it short.
I'll post a couple.. tell me what you think... (Hehehe.. I have one with some Rhapsody-inspiration in it as well... It's cheesy as hell, but people have said it was very poetic.. I can post it later on if you want......

Labyrinth
Falling into the black hole
It has begun, darkness awaits
Pale silence no sound is to be heard
It has begun - a struggle for victory
Through the dark corridors
No light to be seen
Stumbling in dispair
No love - Emptiness
Cold slippery walls only to be felt
As time goes by
Numb, cold, abandoned
Alone and desperate
To find a way out
To return to what is seen
Felt and heard - Life
Keep crawling through
The painful hazards of being
Not knowing where they will end
Not knowing when the light is to be seen
When warmth is to be felt again
No more tears to cry
No more pain to feel
All is shattered into emotional debris
Last vaque attempt to succeed
Scream echoes against the cold hard walls
Footsteps slowly fade as the last strength within
Is turned into a rage of frustration
Revalation ahead.. Ahead..
A glimpse of light
Behind the iron bars
Locked up for so long
A new world shall open
To meet my crystal eyes
Good and evil will lurk
Among the dark faded shadows
Clear the iced tears from my face
Watch as they shatter against the cold stone ground below
And melt away in the fate of the star in the blue sky above
Through the tears and the pain

Free of all burdens

Freedom and beauty
Love and passion

Through the looking-glass that shattered
Broken glass shredding my hands
Everything I touch turns red
As failure closes another door
In this long dark hallway
So many lights have faded
Don't know where to go
Cannot see where I'm going anymore

A thorn in my side
A chain on my leg
