My sister and a friend of hers are going to move in Vancouver late this year. But she has already been in Montreal where her best friends lived and she really liked the city.
Well, I've never been there so I can't vote. As a french I would vote for Quebec, and as my sister will move in Vancouver I would vote for Bristish Columbia too.
