I've had the bkp nailbomb, warpig, painkiller, miracle man and the mule. The mule is the only one I have left. Great pickup, but to vintage for metal. The warpig had to much low end, so did the nailbomb. The painkiller was good, but IMHO not better than some SD's or dimarzio's. The miracle man...

Was that preset written for your firmware ? that's one of the flaws of the axefx. You're not sure that you can use your presets after an update. It might needs some tweaking, or it might be unusable. Tweaking is a keyword with the AFX. The other guitarist in my band uses a 2ch rectifier...

the new gotoh ones (like used by suhr, ruokangas,...) are IMHO the best floyds... ever! I play floyd equiped guitars since 1992, and I currently have 2 OFR's, Schaller, Kahler,... and I recently changed one into the new gotoh, with the big brass block. It's amazing!
