My band hasn't played a show in nearly a year, when we do it'll be 361 days since our last gig, and we'll be playing new material we've never played live before. I will be shitting myself. I have to go to the toilet about 5 times before a set...

7 string necks don't feel much larger than 6 string necks, and even if it does feel larger, you'll get used to it very quickly.
