Our drummer puts a nut on his lug bolt and when tension is reached he tightens the nut down. Kind of like a lock nut for a guitar, keeps it in tune. Of course you have to beat the heads a bit to stretch the thing out but it does stabilize after a bit. Not perfect but it sure does help.

Plug your speaker cable into the cab and get a 9 volt battery. Touch the sleeve (of the speaker cable) to the neg terminal of the battery and the tip (of the speaker cable) to the positive terminal of the battery. Both speakers should move together, not against one another. Hope this helps...

Just got mine, Ruby power tubes and JJ preamp tubes. Shit, that alone is almost worth the price, and it's adjustable bias from the factory. Just swap the JJ's out for a different flavour and BANG!

Got mine yesterday and I tested the bias,......... it like the 5150 was way cold! Factory had it at the coldest setting, 12-15 m.a. and I adjusted it to 39-40 m.a. to get them to 70% and the amp came alive. Thank god this amp unlike the 5150 has a bias pot for adjustment. Have someone check...
