    Sounds to me like the bass is missing a lot of low end, and I can barely hear it in the first place.

    Achieving Great Pinch Harmonics

    Just keep messing with it until you get the technique down - I'm not an uber-metal-squeelie-shred player, but I can do pinch harmonics on acoustics, electrics w no gain, my banjo, etc no problem. If we're talking about recording, don't be afraid to overdub them.

    Low pass = pass the lows through, cut off the highs. I have no idea where you'd set a low pass on those cymbals, but they do seem to need it :) Put a low pass on there and move things around to see how it sounds.

    Recommend me a good and cheesy guitar

    I'd say go with an Ibanez RG550 or 570, or a Fender HM Strat. If you don't like the floyd, you can just block it.

    Panning Laws in Logic and Pro Tools

    I wasn't even aware of panning laws until I saw this thread. I switched Sonar to -3db center, and I find I'm having a much easier time keeping things loud and balanced without clipping.
