I had about 900 but I got that down to around 200ish. I now have a system where I import new rigs and favourite the ones I want to keep, then every few weeks or so I use the "delete everything except favourites" button to clear out the crap I don't want.

I use 2 x 24" screens. A nice Dell one for my main window and a cheap Benq one I scored off a mate as my secondary. I use a reaper theme designed for big monitors so I have a 1920 x 1080 mixer on my secondary and i love it.

Personally I would grab a POD HD500 in the meantime, the X3 is old tech and the 500's are cheap. Then once your Kemper arrives you can use it for effects/midi control. I have read experiences from a number of people on the Kemper boards who use a Kemper for amps and a HD500 for effects switching. :)
