I really like the new CD, and I'm hoping that AA continues along this vein. Vs The World is still one of my favorites, and after Fate of Norns I was a little concerned that AA was starting to show signs of running out of steam. Thankfully, this release has shown that they have plenty of heart...

Black Metal isn't for everyone, but that doesnt' mean soft rock is the only alternative. :) I for one love Immortal, but mostly their later stuff like Damned in Black, At the Heart of Winter, and Sons of Northern Darkness; but those are more mainstream than trve black metal.

I buy all my music. For me, having a CD in my hand, the right cover art, and everything that goes with it is all part of the package. After I buy the music, I will rip MP3s on to my computer as a sort of repository. I'm not one to just download music, unless it's a new band I'm checking out...

You're pretty much better off by assembling your own set of strings when you go that low. My band used to tune down to A, and I had to get my guitar set up specifically for that tuning. I don't remember all the measurements of the strings I used, but it was something like a .60mm for the Low...
