-0,3dBFS is suggested but nobody does it?

because of clipping reasons...

any big studio CD I listen to hits 0dBFS though. And they are on the safe side/not clipping.

I know it's just 0,3dBFS quiter after all but I wonder?
Or am reading the numbers wrong...

I guess that would count for the files BEFORE dithering, usually the dittering noise adds 0,2 Db's so then you'd hit -0,1 after dithering witch is safer than hitting 0 I'd say
