11 String Shredding

WHAT A BUNCH OF WHINERS !

LOL

I enjoyed his playing and thats the only thing that should be important here.

Who cares about his hairdo or accent or personality ???

Yes MOST of what he played he could play on a normal 7 string but...

>6 string guitars are all about new POSSIBILITIES...

Thats all...

Really

you have a point.

I only watched the parts where he played and they were kinda cool, but I didn't really like how he just copies Fredrik Thordendal. I've seen that 11-string before and wondered if it's even possible to play the low strings on that one, but it seems very possible.

That nu-metal clip didn't seem awfully bad, but then again, I listened to it with laptop speakers, so I couldn't really hear the riffs too well.

That was something. At least the dude can play various instruments. That ugly ass guitreear sounded pretty cool "haunting". Yes his attitude was kinda "it's all about me" but I don't really care. Did anyone notice the drummers little kid band aid? All and all it sounded ok. I wouldn't leave the room if my friend was listening to this stuff. What was that the drummer had on the floor?

I really didn't care much for any of that music but I can see the potential, albeit untapped in this instrument. Mind you I'm somewhat of an elitist when it comes musical and lyrical content...if you compromise one bit in order to perpetuate a hype or lifestyle I throw it away.

I really wish people would stop wearing the black Utilikilts because the guys from Korn do, and they only do that because it's 'unique'. And black. And lyke OMG no one has ever done that before so it's gotta metal.

I wear my Utilikilt to performances, I wear my Utilikilt to Starbucks. It's comfortable and functional. And I have Scottish heritage in the McFarlane clan so no genetic bullying can be thrown at me for wearing a kilt. :P

Wow you guy's are being harsh today, damn. They just sound like they want to be Mudvayne. Other than that the guitarist is pretty good and he built half those freak instruments so  to him

Oh hell, I love all that ethnic instrument stuff. Especially the dulcimer stuff! I love to hear Arabic, Turkish, and espeically Greek music just to hear that kind of stuff.

I stopped caring about videos of shredders playing over backing tracks so long ago - didn't even make it more than 30 seconds in (the horrible audio quality didn't help)

That guy's skullet is horrifying. Looks like a weirder (!) version of dev on the front of Vai's sex and religion album.

Didn't think they sounded that much like Mudvayne, but they do have a very similar look.

Music wasn't terrible, but certainly won't be on my next christmas wish list.

Seems like a talented guy, really. Don't flame him just because he wears stupid clothing and plays in a generic band ;)
