actually, it was kind of crazy about that live album, because it was released that day, and the origional cover art was a picture of the new york skyline, with an apple wrapped in barbed wire behind the WTC and NY was on fire... they pulled it off the shelves real quick...
WEird i never knew that. That dvd is pretty amazing though. Except for the terrible skits, still a great story for a an album.

9-11 was the excuse the USA needed to start this "War on Terror" against Middle East countries. When you remember that it is now in the Colins encyclopaedia that Pearl Harbour was allowed to go ahead despite the American intelligence knowing the Japs were coming. And this galvanised American public opinion in favour of them joining in WWII.

And with 9/11, the true reasons can be folded down to when the US supported a first move against socialism in middle eastern countries. And when they were destroyed after the war, US denied any help.

I would also like to add that if you believe Bush ordered the 9/11 attacks or had some part in them you are a fucking dumbass.
We went to war in Iraq and Afghanistan beause 9/11 happened. If we were never attacked by cowardly terrorists, then we would never have focused on the middle east. It's that simple. Bush, or the government did not order 9/11 to go to war in the middle east. Fucking conspiracies, pretty much every one of them is complete bullshit.
Hell, I don't approve in the war in Iraq or of Bush really for that matter, but I am smart enough to realize that the government did not have any part in 9/11.
Or Pearl Harbor. None of us were alive when we were bombed by the Japanese in a complete suprise attack that was unpreventable.

Whether or not had 9/11 happened, US would still wage war on the middle east. It has oil, fuck's sake! Anyone who believes that stupid 'war on terror' bullshit is a complete retard.
And pearl harbor wasn't a surprise attack, it was a retalliation to a commercial blockade

^Yes. Conspiracies aside, it was inevitable the Bush administration would invade the middle east in search of oil, no matter what the justification was/is.

it was said during the clinton administration, even passed a bill, that we were going to take care of iraq. they just didn't act upon it, and bush took it upon himself to pretend iraq was somehow even remotely related to bin laden...

My main concern is that if it was really for the people and for "democracy" there is about 50 African countries that needed help more urgently than Iraq when it comes to tyrannical leaders and mass genocide of peoples. Pretending it was for "freedom and democracy" is an insult to the 100s of young guys killed to make the rich even richer. It's a sad state of affairs.
