But there hasn't been a haul thread of any description in such a long fucking time I thought I would drop one in. So after weeks and weeks of being broke as all fuck I decided all my bills could go fuck 'em selves and bought

3 Inches of blood - Advance and Vanquish

and both rock like all fuck, discuss, and let your most recent haul be known, no matter how big or small

My most recent purhcase was also SYL - Alien. Nice! Not as good as City, but better than the previous one. Good stuff.

Before that it was Megadeth's latest. I don't buy many albums these days, unfortunately.

Last 2 cd's were Porcupine Tree's DEADWING and James LaBries ELEMENTS OF PERSUASION.

Both are great.

Deadwing is my album of the year so far. Fuckin awesome album with some classic songs.

The LaBrie album is quite good. It's not that different from Dream Theater though, so it won't surprise you that much.

I think the LaBrie album is alot different to DT. Also alot different to the 2 Mullmuzzler albums. Elements of Persuasion is quite heavy. Check out the song Crucify.. Awesome album opener that one.

But in my opinion, Deadwing is a much better album

Yeah I heard it was heavier, which is one reason I am interested (not that I don't like his non-heavy stuff). I shall check it out one day.
