well, mikael uses something that he puts on top of the strings when he records that makes the string have an "endless" sound, for example the drapery falls (the melody of the main theme of the song is not picked in the recording)... well, i want to know what's the name of this device, cause i wanna buy it... anybody please!! thanx a lot!

You mean how he gets sustain? Maybe the boss GT-6, amplification usually gives you better sustain automaticly, I dunno exactly. What guitar and amp do you own?
