We got any fans here? i have the album "tara" and think its brilliant. Also, does the drummer use any electronic gizmos like drum machines etc...? because he drums insanely fast and insanely well

Yeah, I love Absu. Proscriptor is the craziest drummer around. If he uses drum machine? No, but he sleeps with a magic wand under his pillow. Maybe it give him magic powers!

Absu are an excellent band. Proscriptor is one of the most interesting drummers i've ever heard. (my favourite ever drum track is She Cries the Quiet Lake)

I have The Sun of Tiphareth..It is a good album, minus the horrid vocals by Shaftiel and lynette.

Absu is a great band, and "Tara" is easily one of the better blackmetal releases in newer time. Also Proscriptor is indeed good; he also plays drums in Melechesh which also is among some of the better and interesting bands.. Check their new "Sphynx"...

They're pretty good but I would probably like them a bit more if they thickened up the production a little bit.
