Agalloch tabs

I'm on a mission to make sure all of their music is available in tablature. maybe half or a bit more of their catalogue is tabbed out. for some reason there's no Agalloch forum anywhere, so I figure the opeth forum is the next best place to find agalloch fans and guitarists....

anyway, I'm starting with one of the great songs from their demo, This Old Cabin. I've got it about 90% tabbed out, but it's a pretty cut and dry tab...all thats left is figuring out a few bits and copying/pasting a couple riffs to fit the song order. also I've done it in DCGFAD, though it technically could be done a half step higher(ie one half step down from standard eadgbe) I'm not sure which tuning the song was actually recorded in. so the point in me posting this, can you guys help me add to it and complete it, make sure it's accurate, etc? any contributions will be great. I'll upload the song so you guys have reference if you don't have the demo. :kickass:

The band doesn't want an official forum... or something. I can't remember.

Have you tried The End Records forum?

haughm is on UM iirc. Posts occasionly on the Novembers Doom forum..PM him he will probably wont give you a tab. But its worth a shot.

I did begin tabbing out a lot of Agalloch myself and completed a few songs.. However.. My computer died... That's where my story ends

I figured out Limbs a while ago... maybe I'll relearn it and tab it. Its pretty damn easy to figure out.

no reason not to start again though, right? this time there's more than a couple people helping too, so it should be much easier and more efficient(I hope).

I did that during a brief period of not being able to write my own music, so i decided to work out other people's music instead! Maybe if i get incredibly bored with all my bands i'll help out
