When I was referring to the keyboards, I wasn't talking about The Silver Arm (which IS gay euro power trash with gay guitar tone)...

I was talking about them new gay keyboards on the new songs posted on the myspace site. I thought maybe this band got better but I was wrong. I keep hearing the word Epic Metal thrown at them and it turns my stomach.

They're a horrible band and I'll never consider it Epic Metal... it's gay Euro Power Metal in my book.

Guys, don't sound so offended... it's not like it's your personal band or something. You guys like them, that's fine with me, I think they're gay euro power queers and that's that.

We agree on a lot of bands that we like, we don't agree with this one... no big deal.

You're right. It is no big deal to have a difference of opinion. But, holy shit, you are being a tad harsh. I can be pretty derogative towards some of the shit you love too.

Also, there is absolutely NOTHING "flowery" about these guys' music whatsoever. And if you think the guitar tone is gay, how come you don't think the same about Holy Martyr's (whom I love as well) guitar tone?

HOLY MARTYR is a million times heavier guitar tone imo, espically on that first demo... sounds like HEAVY THRASH!

Epic Power/Speed = Gay Euro Power Metal you like.

Gay Euro Power/Speed = Gay Euro Power Metal you don't like.

It's all perspective.

To answer the question above... BLIND GUARIDAN is much better than this.... but that's not to say they're not apart of the whole developement of this gay trend and what we see today.

AIRGED L'AMH is GAY EURO POWER METAL to me. So why bother with this when we have..

RAGING STORM, which is one of the best EPIC HEAVY METAL bands in Greece? (not sure if they're still alive though.)

The newer tracks didn't do as much for me, but Fate of the King and Endomain were pretty awesome.

I know exactly wtf is being talked about. A gay euro power metal band, and I hate gay euro power metal bands. Almost as much as homosex jollyfolk fudgepacking 'metal'.

Not that I'm a big fan of the band or anything, but from what I remember, Airged L'amh sounds nothing like what I would call "gay euro power metal," which to me is not "power metal bands I don't like" but actually has a sound, which I most commonly associate with Sonata Arctica. Airged L'amh is more in the traditional metal, old school side of things, from recollection.
