I've kind of fallen in love with this band recently, they have a certain charm to their music and their own unique style. This one went over my head the first time through but I'm really enjoying it now.

I also listened to that last night. Definitely agree that it's their best work so far, although I don't dislike The Harvest Floor or Humanure.

Not exactly metal, but dark and twisted as fuck and I love it. My favoritte AIC album.

That, plus it's pretty much acceptable (from what it seems) to post anything in this thread (and the np thread), as long as it isn't like Rap or something totally unrelated to Metal and/or Rock.

I dont know, some of the songs like Nothin Song or Frogs, are just so weird (in an awesome way) and dark that I think you could argue that it is metal. I dont know, AIC are one of the those bands that rides the line between hard rock and metal.

Nothin' Song and Frogs (along with Over Now; what a great three tracks to end the album on) are my very favorites, but while they're among the darkest there's not much metal about them.

That Gruntruck album is pretty decent, btw, among the most metallic of grunge releases.
