Its pretty ferocious. A logical successor to De Vermis Mysteriis (which I truly feel is their best album). Another stellar production job from Kurt Ballou. Pike's tone will fuck you up. His vocals are the harshest they've ever been on this album, its a wonder he hasn't totally blown his voice out yet.

Classic HC/fastcore whatever you want to call it.
