If you can get a SV where you live i'd definetly get that instead. Much better value. A SV is basically a RV with with a neck pickup (which is great for more variety in tone) and no fancy inlays just dots, but who cares about inlays

Ya, I did say that a custom shop will have that something extra considering You play like twice as much for it But i'm pretty sure a SV will pwnzorz the USA Alexi and an Edwards Alexi anyday

i ended up buying a dean dime o flame instead and got a good deal on it as well. the alexi would have costed my 1700 I COULD HAVE GOT A rr1 FOR THAT PRICE.

they are definetly 00btr0nic, specially the black one....but $2500??? i could probably BARELY scrape up 1k....im gonna leave these babies as my dream guitar for now. but right now im gonna fuckin replace EVERYTHING in my Kramer. new electrnics, new floyd (you would not belive how fucked it is...its like 20+years old 2), new pickups, (probably wll drop in my JB JR from my Dean, keep the Charvel single coil and get a nice Dimarzio humbcker), it will play like a mofo, and it will be my own custum guitar for way less then half the price of the alexi models etc.

there's no jackson RS series. There is JS series though, but those are beginners guitars. you won't be satisfied with those if you are more advanced player.

mm ok but it was on lika a guitar clinic kind of thing but the guys who got him to play there are going to try and get Freak Kitchen to play here and the band I play in is maybe going to play before them if thay come

I actually bought an Edwards and they are very nice.

the look is very great the sound is really awesome.

I don't really care for the 2nd pickup but I have 3 other guitars so I don't know for you if its the same.

DANG! I wish i had an Edwards :/ go any pics? I'm actually looking at the SV Standards now, way off my price range, but that's what i'm shooting for. Especially because it has two pickups. i've heard its not totally legal to even ship it to US? any know about this? and anyone have some exp. with these guitars? thanks
