These guys are pretty young (16-18) and it's amazing how they rule their instruments. Was great fun to produce them. What do you think about the sound?
They wanted to achieve a color morale sound..

"Real drums" is a bit misleading. Sounds like samples to me...

It's a mixture to be exact. With "real drums" I meant "not programmed". Sorry for the misleading..But I mean, is there anyone in the metal genre doing a drumsound without any kind of sample? I don't think so!

songs are kinda cool, the drums sound wacky though... almost like every note is a 16th being slammed by the kick and snare. there is no groove for any other instrument to pocket.

just sounds weird and over compressed to me. ***for both songs.

Are you absolutely sure these bands don't use samples? Maybe they've done there own, but I'm afraid that REAL drums are pretty rare these days.
