Hello dudes! :)

I just wonder which of this 2 plugins are the best?
For recording music like The devil wears prada, We came as romans, Bring me the horizon......
I am using amplitube 3 right now but i am on the way to buy POD farm but want to know how big the difference is :)

What's the difference?

Peace! :)

I have both and even though amplitube sounds better ( subjective) , it's a cpu hog and somewhat buggy ( especially with ableton) .. Pod farm is easier on the cpu, sounds great and is rock solid on my system..I prefer pod farm overall... the echo fx alone are great for anything in your mix!

I own both,

Amplitube 3 is a lot more versatile, pretty much all of the models are usuable and of equal quality,
Whereas I find most of what's in podfarm is junk with a few exceptions.

In a broad sense. Amplitube sounds a lot more life-like too.

As has been said, podfarm uses less cpu and is a bit more stable.

I use both regularly, but if I could only have one, it would be amplitube.

have both and i would go with amplitube 3. make sure you bypass the second amp and stomps if your not going to use it because it will eat up more cpu.
