The thoughts of that make my mouth water, but I think it's highly unlikely! I've been listening to Primal Fear's Devil's Ground lately, and I think it's one of the best straight forward rockers I've ever heard!

Regarding the bands who don't care to come to ProgPower USA, then I don't care to see them at ProgPower USA. I'm just as happy to see great up-and-coming bands play that are hungry and apprciative of the opportunity to play and win fans.
