Another reason why UMOS forum RULES!

Hey in case anybody cares...my metal burnout is subsiding a bit...thanks to a lot of Lyle Lovett and Frank Sinatra!!! In fact, I pulled out RATT's INVASION OF YOUR PRIVACY today! And it wasn't just to look at the cover! hehe

It's definitley not one of thier better albums but I like that song
and the song Scorched Earth Erotica the rest of it is just remakes
of their old songs. They have the video of no time to cry on kazaa.

Well ya see I cant really listen to much COF anymore anyway I had an Ex-GF that played them all the fucking time and now I just cant take em ... Tho I do really like Cruelty and Midian ... I just cant stand them anymore

I never get sick of Metal - there's just too much awesome stuff out there. I get sick of particular bands and don't listen to them for a while, but as far as the entire genre goes? There's ALWAYS a bunch of stuff to listent to that moves me.

What's up with all y'all???? ....here's yet ANOTHER reason why UltimateMetalOLDSCHOOL is the best forum on the planet:

I am completely and totally burnt out on metal right now. Could not give a shit about ANY metal song, album, band, etc. My musical schizophrenia is running along side of crazy shit like DEAN MARTIN, DAVE MATTHEWS, TOBY KEITH ("I ain't as good as I once was" is my life story) and even some Eazy E. Just no metal in site.

Ted

Hmmm... well since you have been a fan for years, I expect you will grow back into it. I never had a period where I didn't like it, but I did have a period where I couldn't get into new bands and new releases. I hope you can find a band that can spark your interest back into metal.
