just recovering from a pounding (both in eardrums and also body...how on earth did i get a bruise up me armpit.. :hotjump: ) on the front barrier and in the pit at the Anthrax gig in the astoria...bloody awesome :worship: ..anyone else go? :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

so what other gigs have you all got lined up? me i'm at Alice on the 27th and then 3 Colours red in july then i go quiet for a bit until Bloodstock in september.

I'm jealous - I'd love to see 'Thrax - and I have no other gigs lined up, exept the ones in my head where I get picked out of the crowd to play guitar for Aerosmith cause Perry is suffering from food poisoning...

**edit** Well - that was a damn long sentence. Perhaps I should think about some punctuation or something...

Oh yes, I was there at the Astoria & it was a mighty gig.....:headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: Eardrums yet to recover! Didn't seem to miss Frank Bellow on the bass too much. I was up near the bar - a lot safer I thought. :D Got 2 more gigs lined up this month:
Fear Factory on the 21st (Ear plugs on standby) followed by Alice on the 27th!!
:headbang: :headbang:
Then Saxon on the 2nd of October, followed by Slayer/Slipknot on the 9th:OMG:

yeah didn't miss Frank on bass either. John bush on vocals was awesome, he has really grown into the part.
I just wish he would find the time to do an Armoured saint gig in the uk with his old crew..now that would be awesome.

Hey Charlotte, didn't know you wanted to go, if you had let us know i'm sure you could have tagged along...next time send a mail if you wanna check out a gig and you think i might be going and can afford to go but have no one to go with (or who wants to go), happy to escort you to and from tube stations and things like that. In the mean time i'll stay Damned..he he he! :headbang:

Mattblack - what a dream dude?.. i do not think i have every dreamed of something like that...
punctuation was invented by teachers so they could 'ball you out' gives them a sense of need I stopped using it in this last part of the bit i am typing just to prove that you can say all of this without breathing!
He he he he... yes i know slightly mad but funny all the same.

only just started listening to anthrax, but would love to see them live

have ordered the new dvd (UK version) from hmv, but they've now got it listed as 'deleted', anyone know what's going on with it?

Anthrax will tour the UK again before the end of the year......John Bush stated this during the Astoria gig:headbang: Dunno about the DVD being deleted - I got it from HMV & it kills!:worship:

There are 2 versions though; one in a standard Double DVD case that cost £19.99 and one in a Double cd type package costing £29.99. I would guess the latter has been deleted
