Any Gamers on board?

I don't play too many games anymore - just no time. When I do, it's usually World Championship Poker on the PS2, and the MAME emulator on the PC. In fact, now's as good a time as any for a game of Donkey Kong or Q*Bert.
 
I'm not a gamer but Donkey Kong and Qbert reminded me of all those games back then. Pit Fall, Frogger, Pac Man - they never ended. They just got faster and faster until you couldn't possibly keep up anymore. There is an arcade down the shore that has all those games and they are still a quarter each.
 
um the main one i play on is the xbox..........recently been playing burnout revenge, and crash twinsanity, oh and a bit of fifa too.........busting to get the warriors tho, soon as pay day hits i will be in the shops........those orphans are gonna get it !!

XBOX for me, but i NEVER play anymore; I guess I kinda play Halo 2 online about once a month or so. These next gen consoles will be the death of the gaming generation.
 
Not so much anymore. I currently own an Xbox and a Gamecube. Last game i played was Resident Evil 4. Fucking terriffic. I mainly like games like Resident Evil, Silent Hill. State Of Emergency, the original Tomb Raider, Medal Of Honour, GTA3, anything from Rockstar Games or anything that will be banned. I think The Warriors will be my next at some point. Theres a lot of good games out there to mention. Pinball is great too.

Otherwise I´m a PC-guy (no, not the Hillary Clinton-PC because I like GTA), play strategy games, Steel Panthers MBT, Sim City and Civilization.
 
Yes! But only old-school here: NES, SNES, Genny. Old PC games (well, 1996-1999) because my computer is old and shitty. Playing Thief a year ago was an epiphany. Amazing. I love Jedi Knight (the first one). NES Metroid is my favorite game of all time.

I used to be into Counter-Strike, but my computer is shit, and I'm just not fucking good enough. Too hardcore for me. (Of course, when we upgrade to a better machine, I'll try again)

Hey Arg, I also have MAME, but I like stuff like Golden Axe II (my second-favorite game of all time), and Neo-Geo stuff. I had a fuck of a time finding that one; I have to check that it works properly.

Right now I'm playing FarCry on the Xbox and I just picked up Shadow of the Collossus for PS2. I'm really looking forward to the 360 though. The new Ghost Recon will probably own my life for a while. I also have a GameCube, I love all those Nintendo Games.:dopey:

its fucking cool,love the amiga game roms too,gotta find a way to run them all properly lol,double dragon rules.
 
IMHO, the best was Time Pilot. It was the only game, other than Q*Bert, that I could kick some serious ass on. I've always said that if the day ever came when I had some serious money, I'd buy either a cocktail table version of one of those games or a pinball machine like Jurassic Park, Earthshaker or Medieval Madness.
