isn't that old 7" the only vinyl thing ever? how many were produced of that?

Yeah, that's it, and it was limited to 1000 pieces, sold out a long time ago. We are working out a deal that both 'To Welcome the Fade' and our next recording will be released on vinyl as a double box set, limited edition, so that will be VERY cool!

I thought this said "novembers doom IN vinyl" and was all like ARRRRRGH

I heard songs on vinyl sound better than cd's...is that true?

That depends on who you ask and their taste. I like clarity and no background noise, so I love CD, but some people like the hiss and pops in vinyl. You also get a more organic feel to the music on vinyl. But again, it all comes down to personal taste.

Ive heard somewhere that a cd has 16 channels of sound(dont know the english word), and that a vinyl got 32 there by giving a fuller more acurate sound.

I recently started buying vinyl again, and even though Im playing those on an older stereo with poorer speakers, I still thinks it sounds more organic and powerfull than cd`s on my newer more powerful stereo rack, even the same albums.

Well, logistically I don't think you could just release both albums as one two-record set. I think each album would require a double vinyl release in and of itself. "TWTF" is a fairly long album and this new one will probably be around the same length. That's alot to squeeze onto a vinyl album!

Personally I vote for each album coming with rub-on tattoos and posters and order forms for merchandise, just like KISS used to do!! Somehow, I don't see it happening though LOL
