anyone else being slowed down by the board?

is the board slowing anyone else's computer tremendously? or maybe it's just the board being lame.

How can the board slow down your computer? I have shitty dial-up and it loads up fine for me every time.

It hasn't been slow for me, but sometimes it just wont load.
Once I am able to get on the board, it is fine.

I have that problem on occasion too, but it never interferes with anything else I'm running/doing.
