Hey guys,
I've had my Apogee Duet for a while, but I only plugged in my condenser microphone a few weeks ago (and more recently yesterday) to find that there's a terrible amount of noise for all gain values. However, the instrument lines sound fine. I initially thought that my microphone was broken, but I listened to the output with just a cable connected and there was still a lot of noise.
Here's a clip of what I hear with my microphone connected.

I'd appreciate any help.
By the way, the ring at the end of the clip was the house phone, haha.
EDIT: I think it's my microphone. I plugged into another interface and there was lots of noise. What could be wrong with my microphone?
