ARCH ENEMY - DEAD EYES SEE NO FUTURE Cover (Multitracks/DIs/Stems Included)

I've been using the Drum Kit Designer plugin with Logic Pro X for some of these mixing practices, but I can't get the sounds I want out of it. Not impressed with the kick or toms. Probably gonna go back to using samples with Ultrabeat or pickup Superior Drummer.

Hey, bumping this to say I recorded bass to this track today, it isn't perfect but I think it sounds better than midi bass. I'll upload it as soon as I do my own mix on this song, so it can be downloaded by whoever wants to mix a real bass DI into this. Great tracks, thanks for posting them OP!

Ok so I was without internet in my computer for a few days, but now that I'm back, here's the bass DI I recorded for this song. It aligns right on the first bar where the guitars start.

And here's my mix I did with it, guitars are TSE X50 with the latest update (different impulses for lead and rhythms), bass is TSE's rat sim through Ampeg SVX, drums are Superior drummer with snare and kick a blend of 3 samples each (not SD samples):

That low end is PUMPING!! In a bad way IMO. The snare sounds like a techno snare, and the guitars sound good, but seem to be taking up too much space, leaving vocals in the background in a weird way. Not bad though, if you fixed the super weird kick and snare it would be much better.
