I'll tell you when it's not worth it to be cheap in a purchase...footware. a quality pair of boots will last for years; a $30 pair will last one.

I'll counter your point and say those who don't vote have more right to bitch, because there's a good chance they dislike the candidates so much they feel they're not represented either way and might only be doing harm by voting for someone just because some silly ninny bitched at them to.
