-Guitars:
Ibanez rgr 321 (emg 81/85)
Pod Studio UX2
Pod Farm with Metal Shop (dual tone)
Cubase: Some eq and compressor

-Drums: Abbey Road Drums from NI
into Cubase: Eq/Waves vst/Comp.

-Bass: Scarbee Pre-Bass from NI
into Cubase: EQ/waves

-Synth: Massive

I would say the Kick is way too clicky

The guitar is too dark

The synth completely over takes everything else in the mix.

yeah i agree with everything said above.
Look for a thicker kick. even ones that sound a bit too low on high end by themselves will sound more clicky-ish in the mix.
but good god what are you using for tone?
pod farm i assume?
what are you recording guitar through?

well the guitar "rack" is this:

ibanez rgr 321 (emg81/85) -> pod stu<dio ux2 -> pod farm with metal shop, dual tone with Cali Diamond Plate (4x12 treadplate cab with condenser mic) and Brit J-800 (4x12 treadplate cab with 57 off axis mic), both with the same eq (10 db of gain in the 2,2 ghz, (the amps havent treble) ). Then i mix with cubase 5. A little of comp. with c4 and eq with some eq of nuendo and then the final mastering.
