Since the very first time I found out about the Chapman Stick, I departed on a holy quest to ask/convince my favorite bass players about its potential and if they have any plans on using it, since mostly bass players are the ones who start meddling with it. So, Ed, do you have any plans on experimenting with this awesome instrument?

I have messed with one and then put it right back down too many strings!

Seriously the instrument is really cool but I can,t really slap it? I tried I have some of the sticks that Levin used as well and have messed with them but fingers are my fav!

Maybe someday? It is actually a really fun instument to play but I am more of a four string guy.

Well, Ed may I suggest to check out dutch bassplayer Rob van der Loo, he plays in Sun Caged, and he plays, 7 string fretted bass, 6 string fretless bass and Chapman Stick…*he's a monster
