Axe-fx vs Triple rectifier(clip)

I borrowed a Mesa triple rectifier and tried to nail it
with my axe-fx and it's new recto model.
I think I came pretty close but there is still a small
difference in the attack and upper mids.
The signal chain is Bad monkey>Mesa Triplerectifier>Mesa Os>57
and
Axe fx>VHT 2/90/2>Mesa Os>57
The amp changes everytime in the clip that this simple riff starts over.
Can you guess which is which?

they sound realllly close!! if I'm hearing where the second clip enters correctly, I'd say the second has a bit more sizzle and I'd say that's the real Recto.

Pretty close, however the 2nd clip has a thicker attack and more 3D response. I'm going to guess that's the real Recto.

Ok, the second clip starts at about 6 seconds and that's the axe fx.
I think it's really cool that I didn't even use the same poweramp, actually not even same tubes. The VHT has KT88's.
The small differences could be from the modelled ts in the axe.
And how cool is that most of you liked Axe more.

I agree with you 100%. I was about to sell my axe before I had a good poweramp and cab.
