Some journo suggested it back in '05. My opinion is it would make an awesome single, but the problem is simply the failed mixing work at the chorus mainly.. When a chorus is repeated 3 times during 4 minutes, it has to be good to make a single release.. Silenced synthesizers and crappy guitar tones. This chorus clearly has a problem because you can't really hear Roope's guitar melody that's buried under Alexi's gay half melodic vocals.
As for the synthesizer problem, it occurs with these songs:
Chokehold (chorus)
Trashed, Lost & Strungout (chorus)
Living Dead Beat (chorus)
Punch Me I Bleed (intro + chorus)
Banned from Heaven (intro + chorus)
Of course you could find a lot of things that are wrong. For example the guitar melody in Towards Dead End (album version) is so fucked up, and they should've used a different guitar tone in Lil' Bloodred Ridin' Hood. But you know how it goes, there's always these one or two songs that are given extra attention while the others sort of come along. It's possible there are songs that primarily set the soundscape that's applied to the entire album. For example Everytime I Die was the only track from FTR that remained untouched when the songs were re-mixed.
