haha. thats why back bacon is good, it's much lower in fat than regular bacon! Also good is to squish it with a paper towel, helps remove SOME of the grease.

I like taking bacon camping, I don't have a frying pan for the fire, so i grill it on a rock that I clean in the river. It's awesome. Big flat rocks rule.
