My band:

Burn The Day, yes, it's metalcore, yes, I do enjoy metalcore, no, we don't suck like other metalcore bands. I play bass. And sometimes when I'm drunk I play drums. I'm not entirely sure about the immediate future of this band, which is why I'm announcing my new project...

My NEW band:

I'm doing everything myself, guitar/bass/vocals/keys etc., Fruity Loops for drums. It's going to be fucking cool.

I'm gonna do a mix of old school atmospheric BM with brutal HC/noise/grind, like Burzum's 'Hvist Lyset Tar Oss' mixed with Converge and some Locust spazz influence. But then just to be obnoxious, I'm gonna mix in technical Post-BM parts (Borknagar's 'Quintessence') and trippy death/prog like Maudlin Of The Well or November's Doom, including clean vocals and jazzy mood stuff. And I'm gonna try really hard for this big pile of shit not to sound like Between The Buried And Me, I want it to flow well.

I've been writing some shit by myself. more black metal stuff, i wrote a song in one take, did the leads in one other take. and now i cant remember how the fuck i played it, but i have it on MP3. if you want to hear it. im on Soulseek as Jaar-Gilon or you can PM me.

The music on the site sucks. It was recorded almost a year ago. We replaced our lead guitarist and changed to a bit more of a brutal death style.

Well, we play gothic/death with progressive elements, but we have no samples yet...

I want to change our style though, more Death, fast brutal stuff, i just have to convince my bandmates with it. Plus our instruments and equipments suck, we have no fund to buy some shit, and in the past few months, we are doing nothing at all. been very busy at work, and my bandmates have been very busy fucking girls...
