Bands you know more about than the rest of us do

I was thinking recently that there aren't too many bands that I'd know more about than people on this board, as there's always at least one other person who'd know more than me. I thought I knew a bit about Living Colour, but then TinMan would know as much as I do, and probably more. I think perhaps the only bands nobody on here knows more about than me are a few Melbourne rock bands. Pretty sad really!

So, which bands do you know a fair bit about, and probably more than the rest of us?
