sounds ok,

thickness and overall feel is pretty nice...too much low end fuzz, and not enough open high end to my ears tho...it may work well in a mix, but on it's own it's lacking

Work on the low mids. There sounds like there might be to much WUMPPpp. If that made any sense.

There is so much low end, it makes it seem like the midrange is lacking. There is alot around 150 hz that is just pulsing.

Bass is set at 9 o clock.... Hopefully my od pedal will be delivered tomorrow, i'll see if that helps tighten the low end. As for the highs, they're easily fixed i guess.

All i need now is some vintage 30's, not really keen on the speakers in the 1960A. are you going with all v30's in your marshall cab, mixing speakers, or new cab altogether?

Thanks alot for the comments, means alot coming from you guys as i know how picky you all are about tone Cab wise, i'd like to get an Orange ppc412, cheaper than the mesa's and supposedly the low end is tighter. Anyone had any experience with them? I'll probably just end up chucking a couple of V30's in my shitty 1960A.
