Yes, DT actually made an aocustic show, it is called Acoustic Dreams. Might be a bootleg or something, i don't know. "Another day" will make you cry.

Also there are acoustic bonus tracks on Evergrey's "The inner circle". And they are amazing. Tom's voice is really unique.

Also Mattias Eklundh has some acoustic stuff in his solo works, deserve to be checked out.

One more: Vanden Plas - Accult. All acoustic recordings, some of them are covers.
