Best Opeth song growl-wise?

Blackwater Park for me. The growls after the acoustic thingy are so br00tal.

not karma, the whole album and especially this song rely too much on that weird ghostly effect and layered growls
wreath, gop and leper are pretty damn good growl wise

edit: oh that final climax growl before 'we have all lost it now' is so good (bwp)

All the damnation album blows with a burning flame from the pits of hell...Mikael's growls in windowpane sounds like bloodbath :kickass::kickass:

......I'll choose Heir Apparent now...but are you refering to brutality? cause you can choose Wreath,Master Apprentices, Demon of the Fall, IMO The Baying of the Hounds...and lots of quality songs

I gotta say, I love the growls at the end of TNATSW, just something about that rhythm, it like builds tension because you expect it to go on instead of continuing in that choppy style.

"Serenity painted death" gets pretty brutal at "ripped from my embrace..." awesome! - but "The Leper Affinity" has the best distorted vocals for me :headbang:

Ghost Of Perdition maybe.

But Mike's best growl is on Ayreon's "The Human Equation"

YOU WORTHLESS FOOL, YOU LET HER DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEERGH!!!!
