Bit of a silly question, just got back from Tower Records

..where I bought Ghost Reveries.
The first thing I noticed is that the cover for the album didn't include the band's unique logo and the album's name, unlike Deliverance & Blackwater Park, the two other Opeth records I bought recently.

Is it supposed to be like that?

So that's normal.. I checked Opeth.com and noticed MAYH, Morningrise & Orchid also don't have them on the original release cover..

Wonder why it's like that, kind of a shame, the Opeth logo is amazing.

yeah dude. that's normal. when ghost reveries came out last year everyone was freaking out because there was no logo or album title on the cover. i would've liked to see the logo and the album name on the cover, but it's all good.
