Black Lodge pressing of Dance of December Souls

So I was at this one store that sells limited metal CDs.
Low and behold, they had a digipack remastered pressing of Dance of December Souls. This was released on a label called BLACK LODGE.

This has a different cover featuring a reaper, and sports the Discouraged Ones through Viva Emptiness logo.

I have never seen or heard of this pressing of this album before.

Is this the only remastered version of DODS?

While the artwork looks very tempting, I have read that this has been released without the band's permission. Besides, I quite like the rustic early 90s metal style cover of the original!

I was skeptical when I saw it had the newer logo.

yeah, in a way I guess it does look sorta COB, due to the reaper.

There was a small sticker on the front , saying it was remastered.
