I did say that I didn't think the Enslaved logo resembled the Bork one very much.

It does at a glance, but once you look more critically they are sufficiently dissimilar.

I don't really notice it, but I guess alot of metal logos are sometimes the same.

It's more a symptom of extremely ugly "black metal-ish" logos all having a similar style. They try to be scary looking.

The borky one isn't that bad looking, actually. Except that backwards R at the end, it looks pretty silly. =)

Christophe Szpajdel had made a lot of metal logos, mainly on black metal scene like Borknagar, Horna, Tsjuder, Emperor, etx but I can't remember if he made that logo too, it's very possible.
