The mids are already pretty damn low...
no....he is right:
Duck tape is a brand of Duct tape.
Holy shit, just saw that they're releasing a live DVD. Here's a song from it, bloody terrible!

That song is total crap. Sleep with one eye open is tons better.
I will ensure that I correctly title the specific shitty scenekid song to avoid confusion in the future.
interesting pics!
well, this is a bit off-topic, but someone may be interested in this:
my band recently played a show with PARKWAY DRIVE ... i did a photo of their 6505 settings, too. both guitarists had the same.
cabs were mesa os, not the slanted, with just one sm57 on every cabinet. boosted their amps with od808 ... they were heavy as fuck! ... unlike my 6505 tone
What looks weird to me is the treble being that low on a live situation...I have to keep mine at 6 with presence up there too or it won't compete with the other instruments.
That's just my experience though, and strictly talking about a rehearshal situation...live we all know highs get boosted due to the venues response, and about recording...yeah I'd prefer to keep high end and mids tamed, as this amp is mid city
do you remember anything about the maxon od808 settings at all? i got a 5150... mesa cab... and a maxon od808 so i want to try these settings out lol im curious about the maxon settings because normally if i had pics of someones 6505 and knew they used a maxon id just do my thing with the maxon but this 6505's gain is very low so im just curious!
