Has anyone heard Infected Malignity's new song? Total style shift from the old. Now they sound like a crappy deathcore band with Jamey Jasta on vocals. It really is disapointing.

All you slam-deathsters should check out this band Edenbeast (ITA). Their EP "Torturing The Odd Human Mind" is some sick shit. The vocals range from deep guts to something reminiscent of a velociraptor.

Slam is just a bunch of brutal breakdowns. The riffs tend to "slam" upon the listener.

brutal death metal is basiclly really low and heavy guitar riffs with VERY low gutteral vocals.


Odious Mortium is in a school of ther eown.

Old school death metal will destroy these bands any day.

For anyone into slam death check out Infernal Revulsion from Japan. Solid stuff with good vocals.
