can you really get a Rocker 30 for that cheap in the UK? That seems a killer deal...

Yeah, it's about €780 new, and I'd only need to switch the power cable, since voltage etc. is the same as here. I think that it's pretty safe to assume that used ones would be between €500 and 600€.

The Rockerverb is a different beast though, and about twice the price of a Rocker.

I'm getting nowhere with my search I'm thinking about just putting the money somewhere else and then buying the Dual Terror in september or whenever I've got the money together.

Yeah there are also bugera combos

But I would save another 200€ and go for the Bugera 6262 and the H&B vintage V30 4x12

I think I'll just go back to square one and get a Windsor, since I got offered one again. Then I just need a cheap 2x12", probably going to grab the Harley Benton with v30's.

BTW, someone who owns this amp; does this work on standby without a cab using impulses? Or does it need to be completely on with a cab or a dummy load?

I've never heard of a Peavey sending signal out of the FX send while on standby, but there's a pretty easy way to find out!
